Lorazepam can be diagnostic and therapeutic 
– a lorazepam “challenge” can cause partial remission of sx within 15-30 minutes
– after lorazepam has proven to be beneficial it can be scheduled until the underlying cause is treated 

Dopamine agonists as well as baclofen may worsen the condition
