-Injury to the artery of Percheron: vertical gaze palsy, memory impairment, and decreased responsiveness.

-anterior spinal artery infarcts: bilateral motor weakness and loss of pain and temperature sensation distal to the infarct.

-Posterior spinal artery infarcts : with loss of proprioception/vibratory sensation and only mild weakness
