CTS on EMG:

1st- SNAP conduction velocity slowing at the wrist (due to compressive focal demyelination)

2nd-decrease in SNAP amplitude (Once axonal damage begins to occur)

3rd-MUAP conduction velocity slowing

4th-complete absence of SNAPs below the wrist
