Kluver-Bucy syndrome present with sexual behavior (increased lipido, sexually suggestive speech), hyperorality, seizures, and overall decreased inhibitions. 

The most common causes of Kluver-Bucy syndrome include head trauma, infection (HSV-1 encephalitis), and malignancy. 

The pathophysiology involves bilateral damage to the medial and anterior temporal lobes, often involving the amygdala and/or hippocampus.
