CO poisoning
– common PE finding is a cherry-red appearance of the skin
– MRI shows T2 hyperintensities in the globus pallidi

Manganese toxcitiy can have T1 hyperintensities of the globus pallidi and doesn’t have the same skin changes seen in CO poisoning
