Butterfly lesion are classic for GBM

Tx: Resection followed by intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) + temozolomide (alkylating chemotherapy) 

Bevacizumab can be used for recurrent or progressive GBM but not typically used at onset of therapy
