Queston #17053Note

This is an abnormal study with electrodiagnostic evidence of a severe right median mononeuropathy located at or above the elbow. Signs of acute denervation in the pronator teres and flexor pollicis longus muscle suggest that median nerve injury is at or above where to median nerve passes through the pronator teres muscle in the forearm. Median neuropathy at the wrist will have normal pronator teres and flexor pollicis longus EMG testing
