Spasmus nutans presents in 1st year of life and typically resolves by age 3-6 years old 

Classic triad: 
1. Nystagmus
2. Head bobbing
3. Torticollis 

When spasmus nutans is on the ddx, it is necessary to perform head imaging to rule-out structural abnormalities within the brainstem
