Sx of Sjrogen’s syndrome 
– oral and ocular dryness
– up to 50% of patients develop extra-glandular involvement in organs including skin, joints, and nervous system 

This may include LE purpura on the skin, polyarthritis in the joints, and nerve damage causing peripheral neuropathy

Dx: salivary gland biopsy and positive anti-SSA Ab
