Autonomic dysreflexia 
– episodes of sudden extreme increased in BP, bradycardia, and diaphoresis 
– almost always occurs within spinal injury at or above the T6 spinal cord level; this is due to the location of the intermediolateral cell column in the thoracic cord (which supplies sympathetic innervation)
