Gerstmann’s syndrome:

Tetrad of finger agnosia, left-right confusion, dyscalculia, and agraphia. It happens from a lesion localize to the dominant inferior parietal lobule, which include supramarginal and angular gyri. 

Non-dominant parietal lobe lesions will present with anosognosia, aprosodia (impaired ability to perceive emotions), and/or hemineglect.
