Queston #6893Note

The posterior cord contains fibers for the radial and axillary nerves. The posterior cord of the brachial plexus also gives off the thoracodorsal and subscapular nerves proximal to the terminating branch to the axillary and radial nerves. Due to the positioning of the posterior cord, clavicle fracture can cause posterior cord injury, though posterior cord injury overall is relatively rare.
